Kitchen: Counters, cabinets, flooring, ventilation, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, garbage disposal, sink, refrigerator.
Air Conditioning and Heat: Air conditioning and heat pump equipment, electrical supply, condenser and evaporator coils, air handler and furnace equipment, condensate drain, supply and return ducts.
Garage: Floor, walls, ceilings, garage door and automatic openers, windows, other entry doors.
